Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and most other countries served by our international courier partners. If your country isn't listed at checkout, contact us — we can often arrange delivery.

Delivery Times

Processing: 2-3 business days. In transit: 7-14 business days for most destinations; some regions (South America, Africa, remote areas) may take longer. Every order ships with full tracking.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

This is the part to know in advance: import duties, VAT, and customs fees vary by country and are the buyer's responsibility. Our prices and shipping do not include import taxes. Most countries exempt low-value packages; thresholds differ (e.g., ~$800 in the US, ~£135 in the UK for most categories). For higher-value orders, your customs service may contact you about fees.
