At Porcelainess, we curate only the finest Jingdezhen porcelain. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at support@porcelainess.com within 48 hours with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement. Due to the artisanal and delicate nature of our collections, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
