2. Full insurance — if the package is lost or damaged in transit, we file the claim and replace your piece at our cost. You never deal with the courier.
3. Tracking — every order ships with full tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days in our Jingdezhen studio. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on destination. We know this is longer than domestic shopping — that's the honest reality of shipping artisan ware from China — which is why we make the packaging and insurance bulletproof.
